  1. Are your cleaners vetted?
    We ensure that all the cleaners are suitably trained before we allow them to attend your property. We vet prospective applicants in the following areas:
    Immigration Status
    Proof of identity and home address
    Past work history and references
    General personality suitability
    Initial test & induction course on common cleaning tasks
  2. Do you work on Weekends and Holidays?
    Most of our professional cleaners don’t mind working on Saturday and Sunday. A Professional service can be arranged for Holidays, or in an emergency – at night, at no extra charge.
  3. Can I specify the day the cleaner come?
    Yes, in most cases it is possible to specify the day your cleaner will attend your property.
    We make every effort to meet the requirements of prospective clients.
  4. Who pays the cleaner?

We pay the cleaner. Any tips or bonuses are paid directly by you.

 

  1. Do you have a cancellation fee or a deposit?
    We do not have a cancellation fee, nor a deposit. We are proud of being very flexible providing our services. We would only ask you for a reasonable notice of change or cancellation as far in advance as possible, so that we can adjust our schedules.
  2. Do you have insurance?
    The cleaners have full public liability insurance that protects client’s homes against accidental damage. For more information, please read our Terms & Conditions.
  3. How long will it take you to find me a cleaner?
    We endeavour to meet all requests as soon as possible and we will respond to all queries within 24 hours.
    Time, location and workload all have an influence on the ability to supply a cleaner but in most cases we will have a cleaning assistant available within 24 hours.
  4. Can I have the same cleaner every week?

Yes. We understand that it is preferable to have the same cleaner every week and under normal circumstances, this would be the case.
